Lake Day with the Kimbels

David and Kelly were kind enough to have invited us, the Jones Party of 3 1/2, out to the lake yesterday afternoon. It worked out great for us because Matt is on a mini-vacation from work for the next 10 days! What a great start to Matt's time off!!

Zoe had a great time with her buddy Bella. Zoe was so excited about being on Bella's boat. She brought her a blue pair of goggles to wear and the girls thought that was very fun. Bella and Zoe are actually a lot alike! They both talk as plain as day and say whatever they want whenever they want--which is funny! They really enjoyed 'talking' to each other on the boat, especially during our snack time.

Bella is such a little fish! I loved the way she just jumps right off the back of the boat with such confidence. Zoe, also a fish, was a bit hesitant to get in the lake. She really isn't used to a life jacket, so I think it threw her off? However, she did have loads of fun jumping inside the big "tuber." The Kimbels have a HUGE intertube with a closed bottom on their boat. Zoe had the best time playing inside of it. Which was great because we didn't have to worry about her quite as much as if she were just swimming around in the water.

Oh, I forgot to mention that we went to Earl Dumplin's (YUMMY) on the way home and Zoe Kate (yes, my picky Zoe Kate) tried catfish and liked it! She had to call her Mimi, Grandma and Tonya to tell them that she liked catfish! (She even asked for it for breakfast this morning-ha ha).

Oh, and if your're wondering how round I'm looking these days..... just take a look below :o) This was made last week at 25ish weeks (and 28ish pounds). Not much longer until I get to hold sweet baby boy Jones in my arms! He's really been rolling and moving so much these days--I just love it!
